Looking for a self-motivated and proactive Project Coordinator to assist with the process of our hotel construction projects
- Pay depending on experience.
- Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
- The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project management team in organizing the project tasks and identifying resources and information to make the project successful.
Duties:
- Execute complete and accurate takeoffs and plan reviews for upcoming projects.
- Submit RFIs pertaining to missing details discovered during plan reviews.
- Obtain applicable construction permitting and licensing for projects.
- Assist the Project Manager in obtaining multiple bids per scope.
- Check incoming bids for accuracy, pricing, completed supplements, etc.
- Answer questions regarding plan details.
- Communicate and cooperate with city officials and inspectors in a professional manner.
- Assist in bidding, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials for projects.
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
